Spa Bottom Rot

Is the bottom of your spa slowly rotting away? Are you aware of any small leaks around spa pumps? If so, the wood on the bottom may be wet/damp and rotting.

Moving or transporting spa may NOT be a good idea as frame and side paneling could very easily come apart. The pictured spa had a slow leak and was carefully moved, but will need the rotten wood replaced and side paneling re-attached.

We prefer not to move spas with a wood rot along the bottom. Note: We do not repair spas.

80's Satellite Dish Haul Away from 2nd Story Roof

A crane was used to help dismantle this large old school satellite dish off a two story residence in Las Vegas, NV. All metal was recycled.

Spa Demo in the Living Room

This afternoon we removed a spa from a living room. Yes, the living room! We couldn't believe the previous owner had an 8' x 8' Sundance Spa added to their living room here in Las Vegas. We figured this residence was used for adult entertainment. As we cut the spa up, we soon realized it was a foam filled spa bottom. We cut the spa into 9 pieces so we could manage it best, along with wood siding and numerous loose foam pieces. We loved this job!

Henderson Backyard Clean-Up

Henderson, NV Residential Home Yard Clean-Up: Lots of Construction Debris including Piles of Lumber, other household debris, and lots of yard weeds were disposed using a 40 yard Dumpster and our outstanding workers. Can't believe we did it in just 6 hours! The difference is absolutely amazing...Check out a few pictures.

Commercial Box Trailer Demolition

We just finished a 2 and 1/2 day demolition job of a 53' Wabash Box Trailer. We cut the sides and roof off, and then cut the undercarriage in sections. Slid the trailer off the tandem axle, and hoisted the tandem axle and trailer sections into metal recycling dumpsters.

There used to be a big box commercial trailer there, and a few days later it's completely gone! Demoed and recycled the Trusted Hauling way.

Southern Nevada Vacant Real Estate Clean-Ups

In January Trusted Hauling & Clean-Up cleaning up two vacant real estate land parcels in order for the owner to stay in compliance with inspectors at the Southern Nevada Health District. Backhoe, dumpsters, a water truck, and our crew cleaned everything up in just a short period of time. Pieces of exposed concrete, pieces of exposed asphalt, several used tires, large plastic irrigation tubing, wind blown trash, and any other miscellaneous debris were properly disposed of or recycled. The Southern Nevada Health District Inspector was very satisfied with the work along with the owner.

Mobile Home Demolition!

This past week Trusted Hauling & Clean-Up demolished a single wide mobile home with an enclosed patio/porch. The owner couldn't safely tow it out of the mobile home park, so Trusted Hauling did the demolition into three 40 yard dumpsters, recycling what we could.

This Job is Done!

Finally moved out 3 used retail merchandising kiosks from our storage area from a January 5, 2010 job. These kiosks were big...10 ft x 4 ft x 9 ft high, and very heavy. A forklift was required every time in order to move any kiosk onto, or off a trailer and/or truck. Unfortunately kiosks are not in demand in this economic recession both in LA and LV areas.

Move a Large Custom Made Dog House with Porch

Attempting to move something large in one piece? A large custom made wooden dog house in one piece usually requires a small crane due to size and weight. Adequate access space is needed a both locations for the crane to set up (i.e. the legs for stablization) and the crane's reach if from front street or road. Trusted Hauling & Clean-Up can accommodate dog houses and other items like heavier wooden sheds using a crane with access.

Spas Removed in Northern California

Time to get rid of that old spa!

Many residential owners decide it's time to reclaim some of their backyard/patio space. That old spa needs to go. Last week Trusted Hauling & Clean-Up inconjunction with Spa Removers cut up and hauled off 7 spas from the backyards of residences in the San Francisco Bay/Sacramento Valley Areas. Over 4 days, 6 used spas were properly hauled off to the nearest disposal facility, and 1 spa was in excellent shape, kept intact ready for another owner. Picked up 3 used Retail Merchandise Units (RMU) that could be very useful to someone selling jewelry, or any smaller size products at a mall or event. These units seem durable and quite strong. Las Vegas Horder Property Clean-Up!

Watching it on TV is one thing, but actually seeing and smelling it first hand is another. Trusted Hauling & Clean Up comes to the rescue to clean out another horder property.
